✅ Week 1: Running Fundamentals & Assessment — goal setting, biomechanics basics, warm-up/cool-down theory, and baseline testing.
✅ Week 2: Strength for Runners — strength and balance exercises, heart rate zones, and cadence work.
✅ Week 3: Breathing for Running Efficiency — improve breathing techniques, posture, and endurance.
✅ Week 4: Pain, Performance & Recovery Tools — footwear, taping, foam rolling, and hands-on pain relief techniques.
✅ Week 5: Training Load & Smart Recovery — safe progression, recovery strategies, and core work.
✅ Week 6: Mobility & Personalized Training Plans — mobility routines, final assessments, and crafting your own running plan.
